PokeSurvivor

PokeSurvivor is a free game that fans have made. The game is inspired by Pokémon and incorporates RPG and rogue elements. It has simple gameplay with a lot of replayability and offers a lot of room for strategy. You play as a trainer, and the game automatically battles while you focus on movement.

Enter the Arena and Form Your Survival Strategy

There is not much to say here because the goal is self-explanatory, and that is to survive the longest you can. Pick one of the provided Pokémon, and drop into the battle royale where a number of different enemy AI-controlled Pokémon are eager to fight you.

As you progress and fight off more and more of the opponents, you will get more experience. Because the attack control is automatic, you will need to focus more on movement and awareness of what is going on around the battlefield. You need to identify and take safe routes, avoid dangerous and potentially threatening clusters of opponents, and make sure that you are positioning your Pokémon such that they have the best angle of attack.

Controls for PokeSurvivor: Move, Dodge, and Survive

PokeSurvivor is focused on movement, and as such, it lacks manual combat. You are tasked with moving across the arena while your Pokémon performs all the automatic attacks.

The movement controls for your version of the game will be indicated, either through keys or icons on screen.
Automatic combat is also automated; you need not do anything after giving the attack command.
After killing a specific number of opponents, you will receive a level upgrade, and a selection of upgrades will be offered. Select one that suits your needs.
Finally, keep an eye on your surroundings. If you are cornered by enemy Pokémon, just shift your direction of movement to a cluster of fewer Pokémon and create an escape route.

There are many variations of this game, and movement controls will be displayed either through keys or onscreen icons. Make sure to consult the manual to be certain.
