What is Grimace's Birthday?

Grimace's Birthday is a fun platformer in which you navigate the levels using skateboard mechanics. You must collect as many milkshakes as possible while tracking down your buddies so that the celebration can take place. It's a nice little game, especially given it was made in less than two months.

Grimace holds a birthday celebration at a McDonald's restaurant in Grimace's Birthday, but none of his McDonaldland friends – Birdie the Early Bird, the Hamburglar, and the McNugget Buddies — show up. With 30 minutes to midnight, he has to round them up before it's time to blow out the candles.

Grimace's Birthday was created to honor the release of the Grimace Birthday milkshake, a purple drink served exclusively with McDonald's limited-edition Grimace Birthday Meal. The beverage is provided with your choice of a Big Mac or 10-piece McNuggets and fries.

Game Rules

You must assist Grimace in collecting 40 milkshakes over four levels of the game before time runs out. The purple mascot skateboards in the first two levels, while he runs around barefoot in the last two. When playing on Normal difficulty, the Darkside Grind and 50-50 Grinds are executed automatically while grinding on rails, however in Hard mode, you must manually grind with the Up or Down buttons or you may fall off.
