Meccha Chameleon
What Is Meccha Chameleon?
Meccha Chameleon is a multiplayer camouflage game where players basically compete as either Hiders or Seekers. It is like a prop hunt type vibe, but not really. You don’t transform into objects; instead, everybody starts as the same plain white humanoid character, and then you do the rest.
Before the round starts, the Hiders get 30 seconds to paint their bodies and blend like “for real” with the surroundings around them. When that countdown ends, the Seekers spawn into the map and start hunting for the hidden players.
How to Play Meccha Chameleon
The gameplay is simple… but each round still needs actual planning
Playing as a Hider
Your job is to dodge being discovered until the timer is done.
Here’s what to do, roughly:
- Use the map time during the preparation phase
- Find a spot that hides your silhouette in a natural way
- Paint your character so the nearby colors and textures actually match
- Once the Seekers show up, stay fully still
- Try to trust your camouflage, and fight the urge to move. like honestly
If your color matching is good, it becomes way harder for the Seekers to spot you.
Playing as a Seeker
If you’re given the Seeker role, your goal is to find every hidden player before time runs out.
Watch for stuff like :
- Wall patterns
- Floor textures
- Dark corners
- Shadows
- Weirdly shaped areas
- Any tiny movement that gives someone away
Winning here is more about sharp observation than raw speed.
