Wheeldle
Wheeldle, unlike Wordle, has an infinite number of puzzles that everyone can solve. "As a fun project, I created an INFINITE Wordle with a score tracker called Wheeldle," creator Michael Whelan tweeted. Whelan, a tabletop rpg designer, admits that the game "isn't original at all" and is simply a fun learning exercise.
The project will serve as the foundation for another game he's developing that incorporates Worlde's puzzles as a gameplay mechanic. He hasn't revealed much about the upcoming title other than that it's a "Wordle roguelike." Wheeldle isn't quite as polished as Wordle yet, and users have encountered a few glitches.
Wheeldle is a game similar to Word Master in which you can complete as many word puzzles as you want. Players can earn streaks by completing a certain number of puzzles in a row. When you correctly guess a word, you get a new, blank grid and a number is added to a running counter, just like in a video game. If you can't correctly fill out a grid, the game is over.
You are free to play as much as you want and should strive for a high score. Wheeldle is appropriate for Nintendo fans of all ages, whether you're a Nintendo fan or simply looking for a nostalgic trip down memory lane.
Rules:
- Wheedle is similar to Wordle in that you can play it an unlimited number of times per day.
- You have six chances to guess the five-letter word.
- The color of the tiles will change after each guess to indicate how close you were to the correct answer.
