What Is Color Jump?

Color Jump belongs to the category of games where vibrant colors and it is a fast-paced arcade game that involves precision, rhythm, and timing. The simple but very addictive idea is to lead a bouncing ball through a set of rotating, multi-colored barriers. The twist is that you can only go through the area that is the same color as your ball. The end of the game is marked by hitting the wrong color!

Each bounce pushes you to the limit your and the colors change, rotate, and move in the most random ways. After your success, the challenge becomes even harder—this makes the thrill of each run more than the previous one.

How to Play Color Jump

To play Color Jump, it is very simple to start, but it is very difficult to be a part of the game. So, playing goes like this:

Start the Game:

Your ball will start to bounce on its own when the level starts.

Match the Colors:

You are to leap through the area of the obstacle that is the same color as your ball.

Go through the red area if your ball is red.
If it is turned blue, then you are to wait for the blue part of the barrier.

Avoid Wrong Colors:

Touching any part that has a different color will be detrimental, and as a result, the round will end—so take care and plot every jump with precision.

Collect Stars:

You will come across stars that are scattered as you go higher. Pick them up to get new skins and forms to make it look different for your next try.

Use Power-Ups:

From time to time, you will get power-ups that will cause your ball's color to change while it’s in the air—this will help you to have more fun, and at the same time will be an extra challenge for your timing strategy.

Game Controls

PC Controls: To pass through color zones, press W or ↑ (up arrow).
Mobile Controls: To make your ball bounce up, tap the screen.
Timing is the Main Factor: Bounce with caution to get your position just right with the area of the matching color.
