What is Polydle?

Wordle, a popular word-guessing game, inspired Polydle, a game that anybody can play and enjoy. To win, the player must predict all of the polydactyl words accurately in the shortest period of time. If you add to Polydle right away, you'll have more alternatives and challenges.

Polydle is a multi-grid variation of Wordle that allows you to solve as many grids as you want at the same time. You can solve between 1 and 2315 grids at the same time. This implies that you can try to locate all of the words in a single game or solve random wordles across numerous grids. The more grids you complete, the better your chances of succeeding.

Game Rules

Guess all Polydle words as quickly as possible. Every guess must be a 5-letter word. To input your guess, press Enter. The colors will indicate how close you were to each phrase after each guess. To see all of the words, scroll left and right. You'll be assigned a color for each unsolved word.

Every day, new Polydles for each number and mode are released!
Green squares show that the letter is in the word and in the correct location.
Yellow squares show that the letter is present in the word but in the incorrect location.
White squares show that the letter is not in the word at all.

In Polydle, you guess many words at the same time with the same guess. Colors will be assigned to each one separately. When you solve a word, you will no longer guess for that word. When you have solved all of the words, you have won.

MODE

Classic

In classic mode, your goal is to have the fewest overall guesses across all terms. While there is no limit to the number of guesses allowed, a good score to aim for is n+5 (where n is the number of words).

Speed

It makes no difference how many guesses you make in speed mode. All that matters is the amount of time it takes. Your goal is to get all of the words as quickly as possible, no matter how many guesses it takes.

Perfect

Perfect mode is a little trickier. The notion is that you are aiming to play flawlessly. To accomplish this, the game will begin with the first word already entered; simply press Enter to begin the game. It will then ensure that there is always (at least) one column accessible where the clues thus far make the word for that column unique*. For each guess, your goal is to discover a column where this is true and then identify the unique word. If you get this word right, you'll get further hints in other columns until every column can be uniquely determined.
