What Is Blendrix?
Blendrix is a smart and tricky puzzle game whose main task for you is to uniformly cover the whole white area with dots of one hue. This sounds too simple, doesn’t it? But there’s an element of surprise. You have to use the color of the dots creatively by connecting them in the most beneficial ways. Each move will need you to think it over, to be patient, and to have a good sense of color patterns.
How to Play Blendrix
The rules are clear and straightforward, thus anyone can easily start playing the game, though it will require skill and planning to master it. So, here is how it is played:
Start the Game:
You will set eyes on a background of white grid and a canvas of colored dots.
Connect Matching Colors:
Draw a line that links up two dots that are of the same color. You are free to click (or tap) one dot and drag to the other dot of the same color, or follow the previously mentioned method.
Color Transformation:
When you get to join two dots of the same color successfully, all the dots that are in between them will change to that color in a smooth blend, hence the creation of the blending across the field.
Invalid Connections:
If you attempt to connect dots that are of different colors, the game will not take your move into account—no color change will occur. Hence, you will have to be very careful while planning your connections!
To win the level, complete your task by painting the entire area a single color.
Gaming Controllers
- To start the connection, click or tap a dot on your mouse or touchscreen.
- Drag and Release: Move your finger or mouse pointer to a dot of the same color and release to complete the link.
- Undo / Restart (optional): If you want to try out a different color scheme, several Blendrix editions allow you to reset or undo a modification.
