How to Play Circle Word

Playing Circle Word is straightforward, yet it offers plenty of opportunities to challenge and improve your vocabulary. Here’s how the game works:

Choose Your Mode: Circle Word offers two main gameplay modes—Quick Play and Category Play.
- Quick Play: In this mode, you can guess words from any category or genre. It’s a fast-paced game mode that’s perfect for quick vocabulary drills or for playing on the go. Quick Play is ideal for students who want to test their general vocabulary knowledge across various categories.
- Category Play: This mode allows players to choose from specific word categories. Currently, there are four categories available, with more to be added soon. Category Play is great for targeted vocabulary practice, focusing on specific word groups or difficulty levels.
Word Categories: Circle Word offers a variety of word categories to cater to different proficiency levels:
- Three-Letter Words: This category is designed for lower-level students, offering over 170 words to guess. It’s a great starting point for beginners or younger students who are just starting to expand their vocabulary.
- Four, Five, and Six-Letter Words: These categories are aimed at students with a higher proficiency level, particularly those above B1+. With more than 1,500 words in these categories, students are challenged to think critically and expand their vocabulary in a structured way.
Gameplay Mechanics: In each round, players are presented with a series of blank spaces corresponding to the letters of the word they need to guess. By filling in the correct letters, students can complete the word and move on to the next challenge. The game tracks their progress and provides feedback, making it a valuable tool for both learning and assessment.
