LaFleurdle 2
What is LaFleurdle 2?
LaFleurdle 2 is a word-guessing game that builds on the foundation of its predecessor by incorporating NHL player statistics into the gameplay. Unlike traditional word games, LaFleurdle 2 focuses on guessing the most frequently used forwards and defensemen from NHL teams based on their performance since the 2015-16 season. The game presents players with a grid of tiles, each representing either a team or a player's last name. The goal is to correctly identify the names and teams by analyzing the clues provided through tile arrangements and color feedback.
Rules of the Game
Objective: The goal of LaFleurdle 2 is to correctly guess the most utilized forwards and defensemen for each NHL team since the 2015-16 season.
Tile Arrangement: The game features a grid of five tiles in each group. Each tile represents either a team or a player's last name.
Making Guesses: Players must select tiles from the grid and arrange them based on their knowledge of NHL players and teams. Each selection and arrangement will provide feedback on how close the guess is to the correct answer.
Switching Tiles: To switch out a tile, click on it after selecting it with your mouse. This allows players to refine their guesses and improve their chances of finding the correct answer.
Feedback System: The game provides feedback through color changes of the tiles:
- Green Tile: Indicates a correct match for both the team and the player's last name.
- Yellow Tile: Suggests that the tile is partially correct, indicating a hint towards the right team or player.
- Gray Tile: Indicates that the tile does not match the correct team or player's last name.
Five Tile Groups: Each group of tiles represents a different NHL team and their most used forwards and defensemen. Players need to correctly guess all five tiles to complete the challenge.
