What is Super Tic Tac Toe?
Super Tic Tac Toe is a strategy board game with simple Tic Tac Toe rules. Super Tic Tac Toe is also known as Mega Tic Tac Toe, Ultimate Tic Tac Toe, and Tic Tac Toe on Nine Boards.
Gameplay
Super Tic Tac Toe is made up of nine regular Tic Tac Toe boards organized in a 3x3 grid. Each board is played precisely like the original Tic Tac Toe, but you can't choose which board to play with (until on the first move).
A player may play on any of the nine boards on his or her first move.
The player must always play on the BOARD that corresponds to the position of the previously played CELL (both are in a 3x3 grid).
Important extra rule: If the board you're about to play on has already been resolved, you may (and must) choose another (unresolved) board.
Tips
The first person to get three BOARDS in a row wins the game. In this example game, O is playing on the yellow board, although it doesn't really matter. X has a chance to win the top-right board (the third in an up-right line) and thus the game wherever O plays. We have nothing to say concerning the lack of a clear winning approach in Super Tic Tac Toe. Winning a single Tic Tac Toe board, on the other hand, is obviously trivial.
