What is Twordle?
Twordle is an online word puzzle game that adds a strategic twist to the traditional word-guessing format. The game presents players with a 5 x 5 grid, where two words are concealed - one along the vertical axis and another along the horizontal axis. The objective is to deduce both words by placing letters on the grid one at a time using the in-game keyboard.
Rules of Twordle
Letter Guessing: Players guess the letters of the hidden words by placing them on any grid square using the in-game keyboard.
Color-coded Feedback: Each letter placed on the grid is color-coded to indicate whether it is correct for the horizontal word, the vertical word, or both. Players must carefully analyze the color changes to make informed guesses.
Avoid Orange Boxes: The game includes two orange boxes for guessing the entire word. Players should refrain from guessing in either of the orange boxes unless they are confident in their knowledge of both words. Incorrect guesses in the orange boxes result in losing the game.
Single Attempt for Orange Boxes: Players have only one chance to guess both words in the orange boxes. If the guess is incorrect, the game concludes.
Sun Icon for Daily Game: A sun icon in the top right corner indicates that players are engaging in the daily game. Upon completing the daily challenge, players have the option to continue playing for added enjoyment.
